School events bring learning to life and help shape our school culture. They help students build confidence, connect with others and celebrate their progress. Events also give families a chance to be involved in school life and share in their child’s achievements.

Harmony Day

Date: Term 4

Time: 3 days

Students in Years 5 and 6 are given the opportunity to attend The Great Aussie Bush Camp. This is a great way to build social skills and resilience outside of school.

Time: all day

Students are encouraged to wear orange and celebrate diversity with a variety of cultural activities. An assembly will be held at 2:00pm for parents/carers to attend.

Student Leadership Speeches and Voting

Date: Term 4 2026

Students trying out for the 2027 Leadership Team will present their speeches in the school hall during December, followed by voting in classes.

End of Year Aquatopia Fun Day

Date: Term 4

Time: All Day

Students celebrate a great year of learning with a fun day at Aquatopia Water Park! Be sure to sign permission and make payment on the School Bytes app.

SportsPro

Date: Every Monday and Thursday

Time: 1 hr per class

SportsPro is an enthusiastic, professional team of qualified and trained sports teachers who passionately provide a high quality Sports Education programs for our students.

Whole School Assembly

Date: Every Odd Thursday W3, 5, 7 & 9

Time: 2:10 - 2:55pm

Students, staff and the community engage in a celebration of student learning. Student leaders run the assembly and important teacher announcement are made.

Athletics Carnival

Date: Term 2 Week 6

Time: All Day

Students participate in a range of track and field events including running races, long jump, high jump, shot-put, discus and many more.

Science Week

Date: Term 3 Week 5

Time: 9:15 am

Science Week is a week of investigative learning through science. Kicking off with a Jolly Bops incursion in the hall and then followed by science investigations and experiments in class.

Book Week

Date: Term 3 Week 4

Time: 9:15 am

Book Week is a special time at our school where we celebrate a love of reading. Students take part in fun activities throughout the week.

Parent English Classes

Date: Every Wednesday

Time: 9:30am - 2:30pm

Join our Adult English Classes that are held for the community every Wednesday.
